The Website operates under the brand name “Mysons. ” By placing an order on this Website, you agree to this Policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
  • To cancel, email: customercare@shopmysons.com with your Order ID.
If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The product is unused
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse


Return requests made after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Products

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email your Order ID and product images.
  2. Upon approval, we will arrange reverse pickup or guide you on return shipping.
  3. After inspection and approval at our warehouse, refund or replacement will be processed.


We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.
